Unopened kits: full refund within 30 days. Shipping refunded if the kit was misdescribed; otherwise customer-paid return.

Opened kits: refund minus a 20% restocking fee, provided the kit is in resaleable condition (no installed film, no damage to the inner sleeve).

Installed kits: not returnable. With the optional 6-month warranty, a failed film is replaced. See /warranty.
